Cultrecoat Medium BME Cell Invasion Assay, 96-well Summary

A ready-to-use assay for cell invasion into a medium density extracellular matrix.

Why Use Cultrecoat Medium BME Cell Invasion Assay, 96-well?

The CultreCoat Medium BME Cell Invasion Assays are coated with a standard density of BME for cell models that exhibit an intermediate invasive capacity. The medium amount of BME coating provides the highest sensitivity for moderately invasive cell models, giving the maximum signal to noise ratio and dynamic range. The CultreCoat Medium BME Cell Invasion Assays are provided as either a single 96 well plate providing capacity for large screening experiments or as 24 individual inserts providing flexibility for smaller studies.

Kit Contents

• CultreCoat® 96 Well Medium BME Cell Invasion Chamber
• Calcein AM
• 25X Cell Wash Buffer
• 10X Cell Dissociation Solution
