10X Cell Dissociation Solution has been optimized to detach cells from the underside of the Boyden Chamber and facilitate Calcein cell labeling as part of the Cultrex Cell Migration and Invasion Assays.

Why Use 10X Cell Dissociation Solution?

Cultrex 10X Cell Dissociation Solution is a proprietary formulation containing sodium citrate, EDTA, and glycerol that allows the determination of the number of migrating or invading cells by promoting cell detachment and Calcein cell labeling. Cell Dissociation Solution has been developed, manufactured and qualified specifically to be used with Cultrex Cell Migration and Invasion Assays.
