Biological Activity
Ac2-12 is an annexin/lipocortin 1-mimetic peptide; inhibits leukocyte extravasation. Reduces neutrophil adhesion and emigration, and promotes detachment of neutrophils from activated mesenteric endothelium in mice in vivo.Technical Data
