Detection of Allophycocyanin (APC) in Human PBMCs stained with APC-Conjugated Anti-Human CD3e by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMCs) stained with APC-conjugated Mouse Anti-Human CD3e Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100A) were stained with Mouse Anti-Allophycocyanin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8927, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0041, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B).
