Biological Activity
Artesunate suppresses ROS-induced activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome. Arrests cell cycle in the G2/M phase and sensitizes human renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cell lines to sorafenib in vitro. Aretesumate is an antimalarial (Plasmodium).Technical Data
