Biological Activity
C 87 is a TNF-α inhibitor (Kd = 110 nM for hTNF-α). Inhibits TNF-α-induced cytotoxicity in L929 fibroblast cells. Attenuates inflammation and increases survival in a mouse hepatitis model.Technical Data
