Biological Activity

CD22L-N3 (BPC-Sia-LacNAc-N3) is a CD30 trogocytosis targeting chimera (TrogoTAC) that induces contact-dependent membrane transfer of CD30 between cells (EC50 = 200 pM from Karpas-299 to Daudi-GFP cells). Comprises an azide functionalized CD22 ligand for conjugation, linked to an antibody (Iratumamab) that recognizes CD30 cell surface molecules on target cells.
