Analysis of DNA Fragmentation in Cycloheximide- or Dexamethasone-treated Murine Thymocytes
Murine thymocytes were treated with 10 µg/mL cycloheximide (A) or 1 µM dexamethasone (B) for 16 hours after which the cells were harvested, labeled according to the FlowTACS Flow Cytometry Apoptosis Detection Kit protocol (Catalog # 4817-60-K), and analyzed by flow cytometry.
