Detection of Human CCDC134 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human CCDC134 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7784) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for CCDC134 at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 134 (CCDC134) is a widely expressed secreted glycoprotein of approximately 35 kDa. It contains a single coiled-coil domain (aa 196‑218). Human CCDC134 shares 90% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CCDC134.
