Background: Fibronectin

Plasma Fibronectin is a secreted dimeric protein. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, wound healing and other cellular processes. Human Fibronectin shares 92% and 90% amino acid sequence homology with bovine and mouse Fibronectin, respectively.
