Cell Proliferation Induced by Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L and Neutralization by Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L Antibody. Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L (Catalog # 308-FK) stimulates proliferation in BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse Flt-3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L (1 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB608). The ND₅₀ is typically 0.02-0.06 µg/mL.
