Detection of GLP‑1R in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human GLP-1R and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human GLP-1R and eGFP was stained with and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human GLP-1R Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2814) or (B) Mouse IgG2BFlow Cytometry Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). Background: GLP-1R

GLP-1R is a class BG protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein that is expressed in pancreas, lung, heart, kidney, hypothalamus, and stomach. GLP-1R functions as a receptor for glucagon-like peptide 1 and regulates insulin and glucagon production.
