KI-7
Chemical Name: α-Oxo-N-phenyl-1-(phenylmethyl)-1H-indole-3-acetamide
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
KI-7 is an adenosine A2B receptor positive allosteric modulator. Potentiates the NECA (Cat. No. 1691) -induced increase in cAMP production in CHO cells expressing A2B receptors. Also potentiates the effects of NECA and the A2B receptor agonist BAY 60-6583 (Cat. No. 4472) in mediating osteoblast differentiation from MSCs in vitro.Technical Data
