Biological Activity
Lofepramine is a serotonin and noradrenalin re-uptake inhibitor (SNRI) that is metabolized to desipramine. Produces inhibition of liver tryptophan pyrollase activity in vitro and displays antidepressant properties in vivo.Technical Data
