Scientific Data
Detection of CCRL2/L‑CCR in RAW 264.7 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CCRL2/L-CCR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5519, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB005, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B).
CCRL2/L‑CCR/CRAM‑A/B in RAW 264.7 Mouse Cell Line. CCRL2/L-CCR/CRAM-A/B was detected in immersion fixed RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line using Rat Anti-Mouse CCRL2/L-CCR/CRAM-A/B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5519) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Background: CCRL2/LCCR
Lipopolysaccharide-inducible CC chemokine receptor (LCCR), also known as CCRL2, is a 7TM chemokine receptor-like protein that is expressed on macrophages, glial cells, and mast cells at inflammatory sites. LCCR functions as a receptor for Chemerin, CCL2, 5, 7, and 8. Mouse LCCR shares 49% and 70% aa sequence identity with human and rat LCCR, respectively.
