We used this as an Isotype control for our Endothelial Chemotaxis Assay experiments. Conditioned Medium from Breast cancer cells mixed with IgG2B Isotype Control was used to compare Conditioned medium containing cytokines (IL6, IL8, IL1B)
and VEGF-A (IgG2B) neutralization antibody cocktail.
