Apoptosis Induced by TL1A/ TNFSF15 and Neutralization by Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Antibody. Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 (Catalog # 1896-TL) induces apoptosis in the TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Apoptosis elicited by Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 (500 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1896). The ND₅₀ is typically 0.8-4 µg/ml.

Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 ELISA Standard Curve. Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18961) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1896) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994).

Background: TL1A/TNFSF15

TL1A is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily and has been designated TNFSF15. It is expressed predominantly in endothelial cells, and its expression is inducible by TNF-alpha and IL-1 alpha. TL1A binds with high affinity to DR3/TNFRSF25 on activated T cells.
