Biological Activity

NBI 27914 hydrochloride is a selective, non-peptide corticotropin-releasing factor1 (CRF1) receptor antagonist (Ki = 1.7 nM); has no activity at CRF2 receptors. Blocks behavioral seizures in vivo.
