pCPA methyl ester hydrochloride is a tryptophan hydroxylase inhibitor. Inhibits 5-HT synthesis. Depletes 5-HT levels in orbitofrontal cortex and impairs reversal learning in rats. Methyl ester of p-Chlorophenylalanine (Cat. No. 0938).
