Perindopril erbumine is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor (IC50 = 1.05 nM). Brain penetrant. Suppresses the increase in hippocampal ACE activity and improves cognition in PS2APP-transgenic mice.Technical Data
