Senexin A
Chemical Name: 4-[(2-Phenylethyl)amino]-6-quinazolinecarbonitrile hydrochloride
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
Senexin A is a cyclin-dependent kinase 8 (cdk8) inhibitor (IC50 = 280 nM). Also binds to cdk19 in an ATP-competitive manner. Inhibits p21-induced transcription. Reverses doxorubicin-induced tumor-promoting paracrine activities in vivo.Technical Data
