Biological Activity
Tiotropium bromide is a potent muscarinic receptor antagonist. Inhibits electrical field stimulation-induced contraction of guinea pig trachea in vitro (IC50 = 0.17 nM). Induces smooth muscle relaxation and bronchodilation.Technical Data
