phospho-Serine/phospho-Threonine Binding Proteins

R&D Systems offers quality products for the study of pSer- and pThr-binding proteins. 14-3-3 proteins constitute a highly conserved family of homo- and heterodimeric proteins present in high abundance in all eukaryotic cells. 14-3-3 proteins act as key regulators of intracellular signal transduction through their ability to bind specific motifs containing phosphorylated serine or threonine residues. In addition, we offer products for Pin1, a peptidyl-prolyl isomerase (PPI) that targets phosphorylated serine or threonine residues followed by a proline (S/T-P).
