AM 114 is an inhibitor of the chymotrypsin-like activity of the 20S proteasome (IC₅₀ ~ 1 μM). Displays anticancer activity; inhibits cell growth in human colon cancer HCT116 p53+/+ cells (IC₅₀ = 1.49 μM).
