  TNFa and IL1b standard curves

  I performed an ELISA on brain mouse tissue targeting TNFa and IL1b. I followed the supplier's protocol. We obtain nice reference curves and very nice results.

  This kit came with all the necessary reagents with considerably more than was needed for the five plates so there were no concerns about running out. In combination with the duo-set anti-body pair this made a very nice assay.

  The Ancillary was used to conduct more ELISA experiments quantifying TNF-a in mice samples coming from an in vivo model of intestinal inflammation. The kit contains enough reagents as indicated. In the picture, the quantification of TNF-a is presented, comparing the original reagents from the original ELISA, and the quantification using the reagents from the Ancillary Reagent Kit
