ML 133 hydrochloride
Chemical Name: N-[(4-Methoxyphenyl)methyl]-1-naphthalenemethanamine hydrochloride
Purity: ≥99%
Biological Activity
ML 133 hydrochloride is a selective blocker of inwardly rectifying Kir2 potassium channels (IC50 values are 1.8, 2.8, 2.9 and 4.0 μM at pH 7.4 for mKir2.1, hKir2.6, hKir2.2 and hKir2.3 respectively). Exhibits no effect on rKir1.1 (IC50 > 300 μM); displays weak activity at hKir7.1 and rKir4.1 (IC50 values are 33 and 76 μM).Technical Data
