Detection of beta ‑Catenin in HeLa Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human beta -Catenin APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC13292A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003A, open histo-gram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with 4% para-formaldehyde and permeabilized with Methanol. View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.

beta -Catenin is a cadherin-associated protein that is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion. It also acts as a transcriptional co-activator in the nucleus and is involved the canonical Wnt signal transduction pathways.
