Human peripheral blood platelets were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Integrin a2b/CD41 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB7616P) and either (A) Rat Anti-Human TREML1/TLT-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2394) or (B) Rat IgG_2BIsotype Control (Catalog # MAB0061) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). Background: TREML1/TLT-1

TREML1 is an inhibitory type I transmembrane protein that has two cytoplasmic ITIMs (Immunoreceptor Tyrosine-based Inhibition Motif). A splice variant lacking ITIMs in its cytoplasmic domain also exists. TREML1 is found only in platelets and megakaryocytes.
