Detection of Mouse Siglec-E in Mouse Splenocytes. Mouse Splenocytes were stained with Anti-Mouse Integrin aX/CD11c Phycoerythrin-conjugated Antibody and either (A) Rat IgG2B Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0061) or (B) Rat Anti-Mouse Siglec-E Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5806) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113).
