Detects rat IgG primary antibodies in immunofluorescent assays. After purification by affinity chromatography, this antibody was adsorbed to eliminate mouse cross-reactivity and the IgG fraction was further digested with pepsin to generate F(ab')2 fragments which have reduced interactions with cell surface Fc receptors.

Detection of Rat IgG Primary Antibody by Flow Cytometry bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Neuropilin-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5994, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006), open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113) at 10 µL/106cells.
