Biological Activity
ADU-S100 disodium salt is a STING agonist. It induces CD8+ T-cell mediated antitumor immunity in a rat esophageal adenocarcinoma model. In mouse tumor models, the compound induces tumor regression and a potent antitumor immune response. ADU-S100 disodium salt induces phosphorylation of TBK1 and IRF3 in murine bone marrow macrophages.Technical Data
