Apcin
Chemical Name: 3-(2-Methyl-5-nitroimidazol-1-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trichloro-1-phenylaminoethyl)propionamide
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
Apcin is a Cdc20 inhibitor; inhibits Cdc20-substrate interaction. Blocks substrate-mediated Cdc20 loading onto the anaphase-promoting complex (APC). Inhibits APC-dependent ubiquitylation. Prolongs mitotic duration in RPE1 cells in combination with proTAME (prodrug of TAME (Cat.No. 4506)) in vitro.Technical Data
