TAME hydrochloride
Discontinued Product
Chemical Name: N2-[(4-Methylphenyl)sulfonyl]-L-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride
Purity: ≥99%
Biological Activity
TAME hydrochloride is a competitive inhibitor of the ubiquitin ligase anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C); promotes Cdc20 autoubiquitination. Inhibits cyclin proteolysis in mitotic Xenopus oocyte extracts (IC50 = 12 μM) and blocks cyclin degradation in interphase extract.Technical Data
