Biological Activity
Aripiprazole is a high affinity dopamine D2 and 5-HT1A receptor partial agonist (Ki values are ~1.64 and 5.59 nM respectively). Also 5-HT2A antagonist (Ki = 8.7 nM). Suppresses morphine-induced emesis in vivo. Atypical antipsychotic.Technical Data
