Biological Activity
Cilostazol is a potent phosphodiesterase III A (PDE3A) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.2 μM) and inhibitor of adenosine uptake. Has antimitogenic, antithrombotic, vasodilatory and cardiotonic properties in vivo. Also affects lipid levels in vivo.Technical Data
