Biological Activity
Dolastatin 10 trifluoroacetate is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor. Noncompetitively inhibits binding of radiolabeled vincristine to tubulin (Ki = 1.4 μM) and induces tubulin aggregation in vitro.Technical Data
