Biological Activity
Edaglitazone is a potent and selective PPARγ agonist (EC50 values are 35.6 and 1053 nM for PPARγ and PPARα cofactor recruitment respectively. Enhances insulin sensitivity in obese, but not lean, rats. Antidiabetic and orally bioavailable.Technical Data
