Biological Activity
GlyH 101 is a reversible, voltage-dependent CFTR chloride channel blocker (Ki = 4.3 μM). Inhibits forskolin-induced hyperpolarization in nasal potential differences and inhibits cholera toxin-induced intestinal fluid secretion in mice.Technical Data
