Scientific Data

Immunocytochemistry CRLR antibody in KG-1 Human Cell Line by Immunocytochemistry (ICC). View Larger

CRLR in KG-1 Human Cell Line. CRLR was detected in immersion fixed KG-1 human acute myelogenous leukemia cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CRLR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10044) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Immunohistochemistry CRLR antibody in Human Lung by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P). View Larger

CRLR in Human Lung. CRLR was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung using Mouse Anti-Human CRLR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10044) at 5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001). Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm in endothelial cells. Background: CRLR

The calcitonin receptor-like receptor (CRLR), a class B GPCR, forms a heterodimer with receptor activity-modifying protein 2 (RAMP2), and serves as the adrenomedullin (AM) receptor to control neovascularization, while CRLR and RAMP1 form the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor. CALCRL is pharmacologically identical to CGRP receptor-1, a putative molecular target of CGRP and adrenomedullin. CALCRL is predominantly expressed in the lung and heart.
