Human monocyte-derived dendritic cells were stained with Rat Anti-Human CXCL16 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB976P) and Mouse Anti-Human CD83 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1774F). CXCL16 is a transmembrane protein with an extracellular domain consisting of a chemokine domain suspended on a mucin-like stalk. It functions as a ligand for the HIV co‑receptor, CXCR6 (Bonzo).
