Detection of IgG1Fc in Human B7-H1/PD-L1 Fc Chimera Bound to HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human PD-1 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. Recombinant Human B7-H1/PD-L1 Fc Chimera (Catalog # 156-B7) bound to HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human PD-1 and eGFP was stained with either (A) Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB110A) or (B) Mouse IgG1Allophycocyanin Isotype Control (Catalog # IC002A).
