Detection of IL‑1 alpha /IL‑1F1 (Bermekimab) in LPS-treated Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were (A) treated overnight with 1 µg/mL LPS or (B) untreated, then stained with Human IL-1a/IL-1F1 (Bermekimab) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10568, filled histogram) or unstained (open histogram), followed by Anti-Human IgG Allophycoerythrin-conjugated Secondary Antibody (F0135). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (FC005). Staining was performed using our Staining Intracellular Molecules protocol.
