Detection of Human LRTM1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human LRTM1 and eGFP. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human LRTM1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10046) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for LRTM1 at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Detection of LRTM1 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human LRTM1 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with (A) human LRTM1 or (B) irrelevant transfectants and eGFP was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human LRTM1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10046) followed by APC-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB1050). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

LRTM1 in TK-6 and A549 Human Cell Lines. LRTM1 was detected in immersion fixed TK-6 human lymphoblastoid cell line (left panel; positive stain) and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line (right panel; negative stain) using Rabbit Anti-Human LRTM1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10046) at 3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.

LRTM1 in Human Spleen. LRTM1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen using Rabbit Anti-Human LRTM1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10046) at 3 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC003). Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for IHC Staining with VisUCyte HRP Polymer Detection Reagents.
