Detects human and mouse Pax3 and Pax7 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Pax1 is observed, approximately 10% with rhPax6, and less than 2% with rhPax2, rhPax4, rhPax5, and rhPax9.

Detection of Pax3 in B16‑F1 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. B16-F1 mouse melanoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Pax3 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC2457A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003A, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
