Detection of P2Y10/P2RY10 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human P2Y10/P2RY10 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with (A) P2Y10/P2RY10 or (B) irrelevant protein, and eGFP were stained with Mouse Anti-Human P2Y10/P2RY10 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB10158P). Background: P2Y10/P2RY10

P2RY10 belongs to the family of G protein-coupled receptors that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. P2RY10 is the receptor for sphingosine-1-phosphate and lysophosphatidic acid. It is weakly expressed in blood leukocytes. P2RY10 is up-regulated during promyelocytic cell differentiation along the monocytic pathway, but not during granulocytic differentiation.
