Detects human TRANCE in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows 50-100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) TRANCE. In Western blots, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) APRIL, rhBAFF, rhEDA‑A2, rhFas Ligand, rhGITR Ligand, rhOX40 Ligand, rhLIGHT, rhTNF‑ alpha, rhTRAIL, rhTWEAK, or rhVEGI.
