Detection of CXCR6 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes treated with PMA and Calcium Ionomycin overnight were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2145F) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD3 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4841A). CXCR6, also known as Bonzo and STRL33, is a G protein coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages.
