Scientific Data
Detection of CXCR6 in BaF3 Mouse Cell Line Transfected with Mouse CXCR6 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse CXCR6 and eGFP was stained with and either (A) Rat Anti-Mouse CXCR6 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2145P) or (B) Rat IgG2BPhycoerythrin Isotype Control (Catalog # IC013P). Detection of CXCR6 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes treated with PMA and Calcium Ionomycin overnight were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CXCR6 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2145P) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD3 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4841A). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC013P). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

Background: CXCR6
CXCR6, also known as Bonzo and STRL33, is a G protein coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages.
