DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 in Mouse Thymus. DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus using Rat Anti-Mouse DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAM2378) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS017) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to dendritic cells. DcTRAIL R1 exists in two isoforms resulting in a transmembrane and secreted protein. DcTRAIL R1 functions as a decoy receptor for TRAIL and does not transmit apoptotic signals.
