Detection of Integrin alpha 2/CD49b in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were stained with (A) Rat Anti-Mouse Integrin a2/CD49b Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1740) or (B) Rat IgG2B isotype control antibody (MAB006), followed by APC-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (F0113) and Rat anti-Mouse NKp46 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB22252P). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.
Preparation and Storage
- 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied.
